The City of Riverside’s Down Payment Assistance Program is designed to help eligible families obtain the dream of homeownership.

First Time Home Buyers Program – Riverside County

• Provides the Home-Buyer with funds for 20% of the purchase price toward his or her down payment, not to exceed $75,000
  

Neighborhood Stabilization Homeownership Program – Riverside County

• Provides the Home-Buyer with funds for 20% of the purchase price PLUS optional repair component, not to exceed $75,000. A minimum of $1500 repair assistance.
