Up to $15,000 available per household ($3 for every $1 contributed)


EXAMPLE #1:
Borrower has $2,500 to contribute.
$2,500 x 3 (3:1 match ratio) = $7,500 in Assistance
$2,500 + $7,500 = $10,000 toward down payment or closing costs!!

EXAMPLE #2:
- Borrower has $3,000 to contribute.
- $3,000 x 3 (3:1 match ratio) = $9,000 in Assistance
- $3,000 + $9,000 = $12,000 toward down payment or closing costs!!

EXAMPLE #3:
- Borrower has $5,000 to contribute.
- $5,000 x 3 (3:1 match ratio) = $15,000 in Assistance
- $5,000 + $15,000 = $20,000 toward down payment or closing costs!!
